These policies describe our fixed-scope digital service. Your project scope and delivery date are confirmed by email before payment.

Seller and customer support

Quote Path Studio is a service brand operated by Jesse Powell in the United States.

For inquiries, project questions, revisions, cancellations, refunds, or privacy requests, email j.powell@quotepathstudio.com.

Please include your project name and the email used for your order. Do not email payment-card details, passwords, government ID numbers, or customer databases.

Service and price

The pilot package costs $149 USD, paid once. This price applies to the first three completed pilot projects. There is no subscription. Any applicable tax is disclosed before payment.

The package includes a review of one homepage and one quote-request page; up to five prioritized findings; replacement homepage and quote-request copy; one responsive HTML mockup; implementation notes; and one revision round within the agreed scope.

Live website installation, working form integrations, hosting, domain registration, advertising, ongoing maintenance, and additional pages are outside this package. Any additional work requires a separate written agreement.

Work uses AI-assisted research, writing, design, and checks. You confirm business facts and approve claims before publishing the delivered copy. The fictional sample is a demonstration, not a customer case study. Rankings, leads, conversion increases, and revenue are not guaranteed.

No paid project begins until both parties have agreed to its scope and delivery date. Any payment instructions are provided after that agreement. This website does not collect card details.

Digital delivery and revisions

Deliverables are provided by email attachment or a download link. There is no physical shipping charge. The pilot target is three business days after complete intake and payment, subject to available capacity. Your confirmed delivery date is stated in writing before payment.

If information needed to complete the work is missing, we will explain what is needed and agree on a revised date. If we cannot meet an agreed date, you may choose a revised date or a full refund.

Send one consolidated revision request within seven calendar days of delivery. Revisions cover corrections and adjustments within the original scope; additional pages or new functionality are separate work.

Once paid for, you may use and adapt the delivered custom copy and mockup for your business. You remain responsible for implementing the changes and for materials you supply. No exclusive rights in third-party materials are promised.

Cancellations and refunds

Before work begins: cancel by email for a full refund.
If the agreed delivery date cannot be met: choose a revised date or a full refund.
After delivery: email any problem within seven calendar days. We will offer the included correction or revision. If the agreed deliverables cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund.
Cancellation after work begins: email us to discuss the work completed and any appropriate refund. A change of mind after completed delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. We aim to initiate them within five business days of approval; the payment provider or bank determines when funds appear. There are no physical goods to return.

These policies do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

Information used. When you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, business email, website, project requirements, and correspondence. We may also use publicly available business information to research services or send relevant business offers.

Purpose. Information is used to respond to inquiries, agree on scope, produce and deliver work, handle revisions and refunds, and keep necessary business records. A marketing opt-out is used to prevent further marketing contact.

Service providers. Email, hosting, payment, and AI-assisted production providers may process information needed for their part of the service under their own terms and privacy policies. Share only material you are authorized to provide. We do not need your customer list, passwords, or financial-account credentials for this package.

Website and payments. This site has no custom tracking pixels, advertising analytics, or submission database. Its hosting provider may process technical information required to provide the site. Any future card checkout will be hosted by the payment provider; do not send card numbers by email.

Retention and requests. Project correspondence and records are kept as needed to deliver the service, handle follow-up, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing j.powell@quotepathstudio.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. We do not sell customer personal information.
